ALL CELADON DRIVERS

* Must be 22 years old
* Must have 9 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience in the last 3 years (Most local van experience can be used))
* Must have a valid class A CDL in the state you reside
* Good driving record
* No DWI, DUI, careless or reckless driving, hit and run, alcohol/chemical test or criminal convictions in the last five years.



Company Drivers

NATIONAL LONG-HAUL SOLO FLEET



This is our traditional long haul fleet. It runs the way a long haul operation should, with a long length of haul (average 1,000 mile) and nearly routine freight lanes. This means steady hometime and steady pay!

$15 per hour after 4 hours, paid in increments of 15 mins.

*All new hires will receive up to $900 after the first 30,000 miles, but not the week off.

*All new hires must run 60,000 miles to first paid vacation, then every 30,000 miles thereafter they will
receive vacation time pluse vacation pay.

All drivers will receive a "bonus" week off and pay if they run 126,000 (solo) miles within the year
following their hire date.

Without hazmat endorsement there are no seniority vacation pay increases. The vacation pay will be $300
for every 30,000 miles driven regardless of driver's seniority with company.

NATIONAL TEAMS
This is a true team operation. It has a long length of haul with mostly drop and hook freight.

Pay
$.40 Base Rate (Split) +

* $.02 split bonus on all miles if the team runs between 16,500 - 18,499/mo, or
* $.06 split bonus on all miles if the team runs 18,500 or more

Total average Pay of $.50 (split) paid per Mile - Includes vacation, mileage, and safety bonus.

Safety Bonus
$.01 per mile (split) or up to $2,800 (split) paid annually

Guaranteed Dock Detention

Celadon has one of the best owner-operator packages in the industry. We do not promise high rates of pay only to take it away in other costs that are charged to the owner. It is a no-nonsense, easy-to-understand package.
