In addition, we offer experienced drivers opportunities in several dedicated fleets (depending on where you live) for both solos and teams. Most of these dedicated accounts offer weekly home time and a very competitive pay scale.
For those drivers with flatbed experience, we have opportunities based in Nashville, TN, or Birmingham, AL . There may even be opportunities to work locally or regionally depending on your location.
If you have a CDL but no experience, Western Express can offer you training with one of our experienced senior drivers. This is an "earn while you learn" program which can have you ready to earn better money in as little as 5 weeks.

BENEFITSAll drivers are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month after completing 30 days of continuous service. After one year of continuous service, drivers can begin to contribute to the 401K plan.
All drivers receive one week of vacation after one year of continuous service and 2 weeks after 2 years.
