Training program
You drive with a Swift certified Mentor for 6 weeks then get your own
truck!!!
Our training pay is now
Weeks 1 and 2 paid $350/wk
Weeks 3 and 4 $400/wk
Weeks 5 and 6 $500/wk
We have revised our training program and now pay our Mentors 1cpm for all
miles their student drives (up to 12,000 miles per month) for 1 full year
after they get their own truck.
We are adding Volvo's to our fleet and have purchased 1000 New Kenworths
for our Lease Purchase program.
